🇧🇩 Bangladesh Market Guide & Warranty Note

Official vs Unofficial Status: The Honor X9e s is officially available through authorized retailers, offering a standard 1-year brand warranty. Unofficial imports from markets like China or Dubai might be found in Bashundhara City or Jamuna Future Park, but these typically lack local warranty and may have compatibility issues. It's always recommended to buy official units for peace of mind.

BTRC IMEI Tip:

Before purchasing from retail shops, verify the phone's official registration status by sending 'KYD 15-digit IMEI' to 16002 to avoid network lock issues.

Warranty Card Check:

Always check for a valid 1-year brand warranty card from the official distributor (e.g., Honor Bangladesh) at the time of purchase. Ensure the box is sealed and the IMEI on the box matches the phone.

Charger Availability:

The Honor X9e s comes with an 80W fast charger in the retail box, ensuring quick power-ups.
